Cancellation Policy

At The Breathing Nest, we understand that plans can change. To ensure a smooth experience for all our students, we have established the following cancellation policy for your yoga class bookings: 1. Cancellation Timeframe: To be eligible for a refund, cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled class start time. 2. Refund Amount: For cancellations made within the 24-hour notice period, no refunds will be issued. 3. Refund Deductions: For cancellations made with more than 24 hours notice, a refund will be provided, but it will be subject to a deduction of £2.50 to cover booking and card processing fees. 4. Process for Cancellations: To cancel a booking, please log in to your account on our website or contact our studio directly by phone or email. 5. No-Show Policy: If you do not attend the class without prior notice (a "no-show"), no refunds will be issued. 6. Class Rescheduling: If you wish to reschedule your class to another available time, we will make every effort to accommodate your request, subject to availability. 7. Studio Cancellations: In the rare event that we need to cancel a class, you will receive a full refund, including any booking fees and card processing fees. 8. Refund Processing: Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days from the date of your cancellation request and will be issued through the original payment method.
