Mother’s day.

 

A time to honour the one(s) who mothered us, who gave us life, provided for our every need or simply became the one we turn to for direction or advice. An occasion to remember the mothers or children we have lost or a moment of pause to give thanks to Mother Earth herself.

 

Each one different in their reasoning, each one valid for their intent, each one worthy of love and a supportive community

Join me for a two hour retreat centred around music, yoga, meditation and relaxation to help you feel more balanced and grounded.
