What is Reiki?
Reiki is a Japanese energy healing practice. The over-riding form of Reiki practiced nowadays is Usui, which was rediscovered by Dr. Mikao Usui in the early 20th century.
Reiki is a complementary or alternative health therapy whereby the practitioner channels energy through the palms of their hands. By doing this the practitioner is able to stimulate your body’s natural healing abilities.
This is a safe, gentle and non-invasive practice. It can be done either face to face or from a distance.
